    • Harbaugh definitely got these Chargers playing some inspiring football right now. Chiefs D has no pass rush and the secondary is Swiss cheese

      • HOW do you leave Kelce wide open in that situation?

Let Mahomes try and get 7 yards with his legs. Don't leave your coverage, especially when it's Jason Kelce.

        • Chiefs escape again. Lamest 12-1 team ever. They very well could luck their way into the superbowl

Maybe we need to ask Patrick M. for some Powerball numbers.

                • Yep. That they do.

Ya know, it's one thing to win close games here and there, especially against quality opponents, but when you have a 9 or 10 wins by less than a touchdown, you're simply not as good as your record. You got at least a few lucky bounces to win that many close games, and if there's one funny thing about luck... it's that it can run out at the most inopportune time.

                  • Lions defeating the Chiefs in the Super Bowl on a Bates walkoff 50+ yard FG is destiny.

Chiefs late game magic bubble gets popped in the biggest way.

I honestly don't see them getting that far. At least not if they keep playing like this. They're gonna stumble in the playoffs when that late game magic dries up at the worst possible moment.

                      • The only real threat to the Chiefs in the AFC I see are the Bills. While I love the job Tomlin is doing, I don’t think Wilson has the juice to get it done. And the Ravens are like Jekyll and Hyde and the Chiefs will play mind games with Lamar.

I disagree... I think any team they play in the playoffs has at least a decent chance against them. Again, presuming they keep playing like this the rest of the way. This is a team that has struggled to put opponents away literally all season. They have had to scramble together game winning magic against powerhouses like the Raiders. This is a team that has a very bad habit of playing down to their opposition, and telling themselves that all that matters is the 4th quarter.

You know what they call a team that keeps letting opponents hang around and hang around come the playoffs?

                          Golfing.

I mostly agree, but it's hard to discount Mahomes being a huge factor in this, more than probably any other QB in history.
