  • Stafford is awesome.

    • Goddamn, Stafford can throw a pretty deep ball. Sometimes I forget just how effortlessly he can flick his wrist and have the ball 50 yards downfield.

The fact he can still sling that ball after all these years is nothing short but amazing. He still arguably has the best arm in the league.

And to be fair, I don't think the Titans tried terribly hard during their Lions game anyway. They kinda packed it in by halftime, really.

And Stafford wasn't himself this game until that last drive. No one can throw those long side-line out passes that open up the whole offense like him. If you could take Goff's touch on short and medium game with Stafford's long passes and you'd have a hell of a qb.

              • They are both hell of a quarterback. What are we doing here?

                      Yep.

Darnold has a pick in the endzone to kill a drive and then lost the ball on the sack for the scoop and score

Vikings are the better team, but you never know...

If there was ever a win/win trade in the NFL, it's the Stafford/Goff trade. Both teams benefited tremendously and both QBs got the change of scenery they needed.

It feels like the Lions reminded him, "Hey. You are Sam Darnold. Sit the fuck down."

He hasn't been the same since.

Yeah sometimes he looks so good and then he just falls apart. I think if they are patient with him he can be better than solid.
