  • Competitive game. Pickens can’t quite get a TD after some teases. Watch him finally score a TD in the 2nd half…

Kinda regret not putting on ‘Halloween III: Season of the Witch.” Feel like that would have been more entertaining than watching a first half of FGs.

    • These refs are fucking blind.

How the hell was that not roughing the kicker?

Hey, El Axe, which ref has the responsibility to watch the punter get his leg ripped off?

      • One day in the future we will have flying cars and the ability to call down to the refs from a press box that a personal foul did occur.

        • How on Earth is the Pittsburgh Steelers 6-2?

And are currently in 1st place in the AFC North.

That team sure plays some ugly football.

I guess in the NFL as long as a blocker touches you, you have five yards and about three seconds to do whatever the hell you want to a kicker without penalty. Because that's the only (ridiculous) explanation I can think of for that no call. Because unless your referee is legally blind, there's no way they just "didn't see it happen."

The Steelers have been winning ugly for years, but it seems to hit a rut come playoff time.

              • I honestly don't know what was truly worse - the Rogers penalty gift of a hail mary vs Detroit, or this one for Bears fans. I remember the very long drive home that following Friday as we were still in mathmatical playoff contention and then the door once again slammed shut.

                  • The Steelers are a good organization with a great coach. They have a good defense and have had winning seasons for years with subpar quarterbacking. Both Fields and Wilson have done more from the quarterback position than what the Steelers have gotten.

So far Wilson has been better than he was in Denver.

                    • First play from scrimmage and Rodgers missed a wide open Adams going down the sideline. Second play is a dropped pass and third is a sack. Ha!

Fuck Rodgers and fuck the Jets.

                          • I keep on watching the Jets looking for what the experts saw as a Superbowl threat. So far I'm not closer to discovering what that is

                            • I think the defense was really good last year but the offensive line had major issues. I think the Jets and some of the “experts” fell for the common belief that a great QB can cure all ills. If that QB doesn’t have time to throw and can’t build up his confidence in the rest of the offense, that offense will not succeed. And frankly, Rodgers is not the QB he used to be.

                              • If the Jets score a TD here, it'll be by blind luck that no Texan fell on it, because he definitely let go of the ball before it crossed the goal line.
