I think the Lions are better than all of the teams in the North.

The Vikings have traditionally been a great place for quarterbacks to get rejuvenated over the years. They are the complete opposite of the Browns or the Bears in that regard. Turning around Darnold might be their greatest trick yet .

The problem with having the Packers and Vikings in this division is they are good franchises that aren't going to fall apart like the Lions did at the start of the Millen era. Neither franchise would let it go to those depths. We can always hope, but they are going to be there.

Darnold showed some flashes of remembering who he really is Sunday morning. I think his career rejuvenation proclamation may be a bit premature.When the Lions put some pressure on him he'll be seeing ghosts again.

Me too. They are bad, but I don't think they are as bad as they are playing. I feel like they have to get it together and become a middle of the road team eventually and cause some trouble to somebody. I hope it isn't the Lions. Ha!

I do find it funny that the one time the Lions are in preseason Super Bowl conversations, the rest of the division decides to act as a top 10 team that season. First time in 21 Lions seasons for me that the Lions were actually perceived as a contender entering the season. I can’t say if any of the Barry seasons are comparable when it comes to preseason expectations.

Granted it’s early in the season. Much to be determined, much can change.

Love has been surgical today. This game has been a disaster for the Cardinals with all the fumbles. Cards showed all the traits of a bad football team but to be fair they have a ton of injuries right now.
