I think the Bucs defense has been as solid (with exception of a few plays) as the Eagles offense has been bad, one could certainly contribute to the other.

      • Bucs defense is solid, but everything about the Eagles designs are crappy. Aikman has pointed it out on a few plays where the route concepts just don’t make sense. And Hurts moves to the checkdown so fast he’s missing open guys further down the field.

        • The Philly offense is predicated on the running the ball and they haven't run for shit tonight.

          • That Bucs OL is a mess

            • And Hurts is nowhere close to 100%. He looks like he’s moving in mud out there.

              • The Bucs just keep giving the Eagles lifelines.

Is Philly going to maybe take one?

                • I thought the Lion 1st round draw was unfortunate and tonight hasn't disabused that thought.

                  • Worse time for Hurts to take a Safety

The lions were like 6-2 then went like 2-6. The coach said that the coaches hated each other. Yes not the players but the coaches.
Was that the year that one of the coordinators was the son-in-law of the coach?

                        • Sometimes extending plays is not great, especially when you are in your own place end zone. Throw it away!

Yes 2007 and the son-in-law was Joe Barry.

Yeah, the Rams that came into Detroit weren't that much different than the squad that won the Super Bowl two seasons ago. That was a legitimate Super Bowl contender.

                                These two teams... are not.
