It wasn't a "good" trade. But when a dude says "I want out," I'm not sure there's a particularly "good" trade that can be made, especially with a guy who has a history of being very poor when he's not 100%.
I'm not exactly sure what Froot thinks he could have gotten in this scenario, or if he would have told Swift, "Too bad, bitch. You play for us or you don't play at all."
Last I checked, he didn't like it when the Lions said that.
