For the record, it really doesn't matter that much. The Lions are "helped" regardless of who wins or loses. But another tie (if I understand the tiebreaker rules correctly) brings the tiebreaker the Lions have with both teams back into play (because the league considers two ties to be equivalent to one win and one loss).

However, Giants winning is the best outcome outside of a miracle tie. Commanders have the 49ers next and will certainly be a big underdog.
