Dan has been touting Stafford for a long time. He's earned that "I told you so" moment.
There is a difference between 1) a QB propping up a team with mediocre to poor talent to to win big games and 2) a QB propping up a talented team that is making a lot of mistakes during a big game.
To expect #1 is unrealistic even from the all time greats. It was nice to see Stafford demonstrate his ability to do #2.
