I should have said GM instead of coach but yeah, Sheila told Quintricia they had to improve or they were fired. They went on to make quite a few awful FA deals. Our current cap hell isn't just due to Stafford's deal. Trufant, Williams, Shelton, Collins, Vaitai, Chase Daniel all got paid big last year. They account for over 30 mil of the cap and only two of them are still here just 1 year later and neither is any good at all.
