Ok, two houses ago....., built a fence. After five years, it blew the fk down, post snapped at ground level.
Next house.... dug holes slightly deeper and wrapped and stapled heavy plastic sheeting to the bottom of the posts, then concreted in. The plastic protruded above the soil by a few inches. That fence still standing over in Lasswade, Edinburgh.

Ha! No. I just got done installing 4 recessed lights. Had to run wires for one. The other three were pretty easy.
Fuck these fucking fucks.

I renovated the master bath and finished it up today. I tore out the cultured marble shower and tub surround, installed cement board and RedGuarded it, replaced the valve and tiled the shower and and tub surround. I framed the mirror, replaced the faucets, painted the vanity, the doors, all of the trim and walls, replaced the door knobs and panted the hinges to match, replaced the vanity lights, replaced the "titty" lights with recessed lights and added one in the shower. I'm pretty happy with how it came out. The first picture is today. The other two were when I was working on it.

You done that tiling in the shower area? 😳 👌👏👏👏👏 Great Job. That’s a better job than what tilers do for me here. Lovely work around the shower valve. Did you cut that tile only one time to cover the valve or did you have a couple go’s? And copper in behind there? Or are Americans into the Mickey Mouse Hep pipe like over here? Honestly. My feckin granddaughter could plumb now with the stuff available.
And good to see a practical place for the bath taps (faucets) Lost count on the jobs I’ve gone too to replace taps, and they’ve been equivalent to under the window there beside your bath seat to the right. 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
