Well Jones is in his age 28 season (Hill is in his age 24). I already know the offensive book on Jones. He strikes out a bunch will get hot for like a month and people will think he has turned the corner only to fade and he will get hurt at least once for an extended period. Hill is a better defender and a natural CFer. He has stroke zone control issues too.He has legit SB speed (technique likely needs work though) I can see him swiping 20 bags a year. Hill probably is a place holder that is much better defensively than JJ, and will be cheaper.
