I don't think the Lions would mess with their chemistry and trade for a diva wide receiver.

With Jamo producing and Patrick showing flashes of being able to fill that Reynolds role, I dont expect any moves at WR, or most any position really.
Where I could see something is maybe at DE if a good fit was available at a buy low scenario - and I’m looking directly at Clowney in Carolina. If they lose a couple more games and are staring down a 2/3 win season, would Carolina flip him for a day 3 pick? I’m still a little surprised the Lions didn’t pursue him a bit more, but they went for the bargain guy with the bigger risk who plays the same type of game.
That said, I think they are comfortable waiting out Cominsky’s injury, letting Paschal get more snaps and giving the young guys more reps right now.

NFL: Ref effs up. Screws Detroit. Blames Detroit. Immediately shows its ass to cover up, eff up. Rule implemented to promote future effings up.
Where are we going; and what's up with this hand basket?

I thought Paschal was fine on Monday. The PFF grade tracks with that. His job is to push the pocket and set the edge. He's getting more snaps with Davenport out, he and Levi were basically even with snap count at edge on Monday. Levi interestingly had no DT snaps, with Wingo and Peko backing up Reader and McNeill.

That position is like a standard 3-4 DE, it's more nose tackle than pass rusher. The main job is to clog it up so those damn gloryboy linebackers can clean up with the tackles. Getting sacks and collapsing the pocket is a bonus, but you have to do it with a lot of discipline which is why the always injured Davenport is enticing.

GM Rodgers getting his way.
They do keep Nathaniel Hackett though…. Who appears to be great at making fart jokes in the QB meeting room with guys like Tim Boyle. Poor playing calling and scheme on offense (evident in Denver) as Rodgers audibles everything at the line of scrimmage. While insisting on throwing to his washed guys (Cobb, Lazard, and maybe Adams next). That’s my perspective on the funny situation.
I would take Robert Saleh as DC if Aaron Glenn is hired away in the offseason.
and remember this? :
