  • I wonder sometimes about people on here. 49ers gave up less than the redskins did for RG3. They aren't in uncharted territory.

    • Garrapolo back to NE so Belichick can try and stuff it in Brady’s face would be fun.

Agreed Bill running on spite this year is the entertainment I crave.

Texans star Deshaun Watson now facing 13 sexual misconduct lawsuits, under investigation by NFL

A lawyer in Texas has filed 13 separate civil lawsuits that are all alleging sexual misconduct against Deshaun Watson.

The lawsuits were filed by Houston attorney Tony Buzbee, who has entered them into court on behalf of multiple clients all claiming that Watson committed at least one act of sexual misconduct or assault against them. The suits are all similar in nature: In each case, Watson is accused of acting inappropriately after hiring a female to give him a private massage.

I still think the Bears should make a move for Garrapolo but I could totally see the Pats trading for him. There’s no way in F Belichick trades a boatload of picks to move up in the draft, it’s not his thing.

They might have a deal already in place for Darnold as well. I can’t see the Jets hanging onto him

After Brady just stuffed it in Bill's face .... I agree, it would make great drama. A Brady and Belichik feud would be quite astonishing considering the shared success they've had.

                • What are the Colts doing? They struck out on Stafford and settled for Wentz. They have a ton of cap. I would have thought they'd kick tires on Kenny.

Lots of cap and draft capital to use. They could contend for the title this year.

                  • Colts will likely to use large portions of their cap space to resign Nelson and Leonard, among a couple other players. And they actually have an interesting core of young receivers with Campbell, Pittman and Patmon.

                      Dalton is terrible
                      Garoppolo sucks too.

                      • Im not sure there is much of a difference between the two. If Handsome Jimmy had to shoulder the burden in Cincy the way Dalton did, they wouldn't have the same high opinion of him.

People would've said going apeshit in free agency isn't Belichick's thing either. "Things" can change quickly going from consistent superbowls and having no cap to not making the playoffs after losing your HOF QB and realistically your Defensive QB too with Hightower and more. He could be feeling pressure to win now vs waiting for a better situation. I agree it's more likely he goes for Garoppolo though.

                          • The Bears signed Dalton and traded for Foles. They are set at QB.

The crazy thing about Belichick's big splurge in free agency is they didn't get any bargains. They paid top dollar for allmof those guys. They had the advantage where they should have been able to get a lot of guys on bargain deals.

                            • Maybe he’s playing 4D chess, realizing that big contracts signed now are going to look like peanuts when the new TV money kicks in.
