Nashville is one crazy place. My mate from school lives out there just outside in Franklin so me and another mate from London went to see him for 10 days. 10 day was probably just a bit too long for Nashville!

I’m only 36 and I’m old enough to remember when Republicans were the foreign policy hawks. Now there’s a good number of apparent Republican voters parroting “America First” trash about Ukraine being a Joe Biden money laundering scheme, Ukraine is selling the weapons they’ve been donated, Putin was provoked into this imperialist land grab by NATO.

I can see why a struggling American might be resentful of money being sent to Ukraine when they’re struggling to put food on the table - I get that. But to actually check endless Russian talking points is baffling.
