These states aren't stupid - it was the same 4 states in 2020 everyone was waiting on.

All three of those things (especially if you expand Mama to family in general) directly impact your life or the way you live your life. Depending on who you are and the circumstances and society around you, they can quite literally be life or death issues.
Much of everything else you can talk about are personal flavor and preferences.

Meh... My Mama can take care of herself too. She lived with my abusive piece of shit dad for almost twenty years before her kids were old enough to take care of themselves, then physically throw him out of the house and tell him to fuck off forever.
You'd be amazed at how little the "lady folk" need "defending." Just stick with them and have their back while they do their jobs, and they'll have yours.
