Well, building a wall was proceeding even against Dem opposition to it. Trump had a "remain in Mexico" policy that Biden abandoned. Amnesty applicants are not allowed to cross a safe. country in order to reach the US. That is simply the law. Now we are detaining refugees from Cuba, Venezuela, and Nicaragua at the border. Joe says to ignore the law. There are three things that are different now.

Doesn't anyone in this forum see the detachment from objective truth? I'm curious as to the WHY of it. I'd like someone to explain it to me.

I don't consider what Carlson or other pundits do as "news" or reporting. There's very little editorial control over such programs. So, yeah, I had no idea Carlson ran that story.

And then portions of his 'Big Beatiful Wall' started being blown over by wind, being penetrated with saws-alls and bypassed with $5.00 ladders. The vast majority of illegal people present are people who overstay their visas. You know how they enter the country? In airplanes, and boats, etc. We are going to need a 40,000 foot high wall with a dome. I'm pretty sure Mexico has yet to send us the check to pay for it either.
