Right? I think a lot of them actually believe it's fine. Look ... see my mask???? Sure it doesn't cover the part I actually breathe out of ... but there it is!

It is just an outright refusal to be 'inconvenienced' in any way. Because they are special.

I think they find some kind of satisfaction feeling they are getting one over on the 'rules'.


Having to enforce proper wearing of masks by the public in a business..... I have a pretty strong opinion at this point.

And a positive diagnosis at my wife's workplace last week. I blew up the camp bed, put it in the spare bedroom and said, "There's your sleeping area for the next two weeks, scabby corona bitch!"

DISCLAIMER: If any UK Inland Revenue people read the Detroit Lions forum........, its really my granddaughters room for when she stays over. Its not an actual spare room so GO FK YO'SELF with the spare bedroom tax!

Yes true......., It almost affected me after my first marriage when I was forced to rent. I rented a two bedroom house and my kids stayed weekends. But because one room lay vacant all week, I was going to be penalised.

It is basically to do with a lack of housing, Deborah.

Here is my proper grumpy bstd explanation.......

There are people just living normal lives, like I was renting a two bedroom flat after I split with the Mrs. Wanted kids to have a room. But that room lay empty all week. Here is the thing though......, there are "housing benefit" people out there having half a million kids and requiring bigger houses and it was creating a real social dilemma. The tax was suppose to force people like me to give up my two bedroom rental for a single bedroom. Freeing up space for the "shaggers" with no jobs who live on government benefits. That's it extremely summarised.

Ya know, I could get a policy against people who buy up housing and let it sit vacant. But an empty room? How the hell would that even be enforceable?

Just my guess would be looking at leases and household size.
