No wonder the Irish give themselves a name for being thick! Got a guy who uplifts the debris created by various jobs that we do, Irish guy. He picked up an old boiler (furnace) on Wednesday night for me. There was other debris being removed on the Thursday night, (old tank). Couldn't be done all at once as no room in the driveway. The client called me earlier to say Paul hadn't turned up Thursday night to get the tank. I called him.
Irish accent: "yeah Marko, I forgot the address."
Me: but you were there Wednesday night for the boiler?
Irish accent; "yeah, but, but it was dark and I forgot the address!"
Not helping the Irish people at all, Paul!

I have the grandaughter staying this weekend. Hilarious conversation happened few hours ago. She dropped a toy and it rolled under a couch. I lifted the couch and got the toy...... But the conversation went like this......
Me: My God it's not been hoovered under this couch for a hundred million years.
Denni: you weren't born then.
Me: I know only the dinosaurs were here, no people.
Denni: Who "Borned" the first people?
Me: I don't know, do you know?
Denni: That woman, (thinks) the first woman.
Me: Eve?
Denni: Yes, Eve. She had a hundred babies.
Me: Is that right? Was there a man?
Denni: Yes, Annan.
Me: So it was Annan and Eve that borned all the people?
Denni: yes
Me: Where are they now?
Denni: No one knows. It was a hundred years ago!

Was in the merchants earlier and genuinely had to spit out coffee when big Alec came in. He walked in on a conversation that myself and the guy behind the counter were having about your very own Thanksgiving Day.
