During my daily travels the other day, I passed a Church that I used to provide weekly flowers for. When passing I was reminded that the name of the church changed from St. Joseph to St. Kateri.
I had never heard of St. Kateri so when I had some free time I had to look her up. Simply, she is the first native American to be canonized and that was done in 2012 by Pope Benedict XVI. She lived from 1656-1680.
It got me to thinking.
Has there ever been a generation, other than ours, that had two Saints that lived and were canonized within their life span?I long for a Lions team that is consistently competitive.Comment
