Had to post it because it was one of the first Tweets to come up on Twitter when looking up “Playoff.”
Obviously, Skip is a troll that says nonsense for views... haven’t watched that shit since “Cold Pizza”... when I was real young.

Skip, Cowherd, Finebaum, et al, are sports shock jocks. They say ridiculous shit so that people will tune in just to be outraged.

Best non-CFP bowl predictions so far:

Orange: Wisconsin v Miami

Citrus: ND v LSU

Alamo: Stanford v TCU

Vegas: Oregon v Boise State

Holiday: Michigan State v Washington St

M remains unassigned in the guessing games. My best guess given the above is Outback in Tampa. we should know within the next 30-60m. Assignments on-going now.

Outback Bowl In Tampa

M v. University of South Carolina.

Can't wait for the thousands of replays of the Clowny hit.

I like the match-up. Both teams are 8-4. USC lost to @GA and Clemson along with Kentucky (a WTF game at home like M v. MSU) and @TAMU.

I'll look at the advanced stats and match-ups but this seems like a solid team that I did not see play in 2017.

Anyone see them play?

Yes. They are over achievers. They hit hard but absolutely zero marquee talent.

Well, yes. M may out talent USC but then again:

Question mark. Will NT Mo Hurst play? If WDE, Chase Winovich decides to go pro, will he play?

Massively under-performing tackles, an OL that can't seem to pick-up stunts and free rushers combined makes any QB no matter how good at risk for thunder sacks and injuries.

M's also got a D that is overly aggressive up front, even when it's good, that tends to give up well schemed big plays that take advantage of that. See Paul Chryst and urban meyer.

I can see problems for M in any bowl v. a decent team that plays disciplined football.

BTW ..... the official Outback Bowl Web Site:

Meh, not excited about this one. You know every time this game comes up the Clowney/Smith will loop.

Absolutely disagree. Especially for the smaller schools. It is a big deal for most of those teams.

Michigan is the underdog open -8.5. Time for Harbaugh to win a game as the dog? No? Or nobody cares...

Not if you are a Purdue like team and earn a spot in the Little Caesars Bowl in downtown Detroit after a 6-6 season. Detroit in December, nobody gives a shit about that.
But hey, lets large corporations get their name out there $$$. Yay mediocracy! Lets give everyone a trophy.

Time to fly to Vegas and drop a few grand on M if that's true.

I'm using Odds Shark, which is reliable.

M should be favored over an SEC East team other than Georgia. They barely beat Florida at home WHEN the wheels were already way off that shitshow. But, you know, S! E! C!
